Conditions and prices

For pricing ask a request via the online form so that we can create a customized offer that corrispond to your demands. We strive to give you an answer immediately.

Weekly prices in Euro including bed linen and towels, cleaning, energy costs, internet access, garage, ski storage with boot dryers, lockable bike storage and VAT.

In addition we calculate the local tax of € 1,40 per night and per guest (from the age of 14), laundry service in the house and the ski depot boxes on the valley station of Seceda.

Info and conditions

Check-in / Check-out:
The reserved Apartment is available on arrival from 14:00 and departure at 09:00 am.

Pets:
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.

Confirmation of the reservation:
Your stay will be reserved binding with the receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

We also accept payments with credit cards (except American Express)
